

On March 12th, 2019 at approximately 2:30 a.m. the Hunt County Sheriff’s Department and the Caddo Mills Police Department responded to a 911 call of a robbery that had just occurred at the Shell gas station located at Interstate 30 and FM 1903, in reference to a possible armed robbery that had just occurred.
The witness to the robbery stated the suspect was a White Male and was wearing a baseball cap. He approached the witness and told him he was being robbed while gesturing in a manner that led the witness to believe he was armed. The suspect took the money in the cash register and left. There were no injuries sustained by any party during the robbery.
Initial investigation determined the suspect left in a dark colored Dodge Magnum and headed towards Greenville, TX. Both Hunt County Sheriff’s Office and Caddo Mills Police Department searched the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it at that time. Greenville Police Department was also notified of the information and checked locations in their city for any vehicle matching the description.
After actively investigating this offense, and with the help of the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office, a possible suspect was identified.
Caddo Mills Police Department, along with the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office, are taking this investigation seriously and are actively pursuing all leads to ensure the protection of the citizens of Caddo Mills.
