ROCKWALL, TX – Crews will be shifting the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 (I-30) at FM 3549 from their temporary positions to the proposed final configuration from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 29.Westbound traffic will be limited to one lane during the traffic shift. Message boards will be positioned in advance. This shift is a part of the $32 million interchange improvement project on I-30 in Rockwall. Expect delays.
