Motorcycle Accident On Highway 34 South Of Quinlan Claims The Life Of One

At approximately 11:50 a.m. Saturday morning, Texas Department of Public Safety State Troopers were dispatched to a major crash at State Highway 34 just South of Quinlan City Limits. Preliminary investigation indicates that a Black motorcycle was traveling North on State Highway 34, when for a as of yet to be determined reason the driver drifted into the Southbound lane striking a White Chevy pick-up truck head on. The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver and passenger of the pick-up truck were transported to Hunt Regional of Quinlan with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

The victim of the accident has been Identified as, 19 year old Nickolas Hill of Terrell, TX.
