2 Arrested In Quinlan On Narcotics/Endangering Child Warrants

On June 13, 2019 at approximately at approximately 11:00 p.m. the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office took two subjects in custody for outstanding warrants for Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance and Abandon/Endanger Child with Criminal Negligence at a residence on Private Road 7047 in Wills Point, Texas.

The Criminal Investigation Division had been conducting an investigation in the allegations of narcotic activity in the area when they were contacted by Child Protective Services about an investigation in their agency. The allegations shared by Child Protective Services was that children inside the residence had tested positive for methamphetamine.

Investigators obtained warrants and arrested the following persons:
Dustin Richard Early, 33 years old from West Tawakoni who is currently charged with 4 counts of Manufacture/Delivery of Controlled Substance and two counts of Abandon/Endanger Child and has a total bond of $1 million Dollars. Also arrested was Annie Rebecca Sattler, 31 years of age from Wills Point who is charged with two counts of Abandon/Endanger Child with a total bond of $400,000.00.

Sheriff Meeks stated: “By far narcotics investigations take a lot of time and patience and I want to commend the investigators for staying on top of this investigation and making the arrests.
