Suspected Home Invasion Suspect in Commerce Dies From Gunshot Wounds #Breaking

Police were dispatched to 925 Bois d’Arc Street just before 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night on a call of a home invasion robbery.

Shortly after, officers were notified of a male that had arrived at the Hunt Regional Emergency Medical Center in Commerce with a gunshot wound.

Officers made scene to the hospital to investigate the situation at the Commerce E.R. That is when they suspected the subject who was shot to be involved in the robbery. Later the brother of the shot suspect showed up to the Commerce E.R and was detained by police for suspected involvement in the robbery as well.

Officers got information on the vehicle that was used during the robbery, recovering it from the 1600 block of Campbell St. Officers were able to also arrest another suspect while recovering the car, who is believed to have played a part in the robbery also.

The subject who was shot was flown to a Plano area hospital where he passed away from his wounds

Commerce P.D and The Texas Rangers are searching for one more individual who was involved. That name was not released

As for the 2 that are in custody, they have been charged with aggravated robbery.
