17 Year Old Identified As Suspect Involved In The 7-Eleven Murder Of The Store Clerk, Off Forest Lane

On Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at approximately 12:03 a.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at the 7-ELEVEN store located at 3637 Forest Lane.  Upon arrival, officers entered the store and found the victim Samuel Choyena, a 48-year old Black male, shot and lying on the floor.  Officers also found one of the suspects, Cesar Albert Molina, a 22-year-old Latin male injured, and Dallas Fire-Rescue transported him to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. 

Detectives identified a second suspect, a 17-year old Latin male.  The suspect was injured and transported to an area hospital where he remains in custody.  Once released from the hospital, he will be booked in jail for Murder.
