Balch Springs Police need your help identifying the driver in connection to a serious bodily injury hit and run that occurred around 9:45 PM on November 6 / Friday.
The accident occurred in the 11500 block of Elam Circle where a dark-colored vehicle struck a cyclist.
The vehicle is believed to be a 2008-2012 Mitsubishi which sustained front end damage leaving evidence at the scene.
