On Monday, December 28, 2020, at approximately 7:29 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting call at 2838 Groveview Drive. Upon arrival, officers found the victim Briana Marie Johnson, a 30-year old black female, inside the apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the victim to an area hospital, where she died from her injuries.
