UPDATE: The child was located safely. Per on scene officers the child wandered off ending up at a relatives home.

MELVIN HERNANDEZ was last seen in the area of 4300 Oneal in Greenville, Texas at approximately 0500 hours this morning. Melvin was last seen wearing blue underwear and no shirt. He is a 4 year old Hispanic Male and only speaks Spanish. Please contact the Greenville Police Department at 903-457-2900 if you have any information on this missing child.
