On September 30, 2021 at around 6:00 PM, the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office served a residential search warrant in the 4900 block of McDougal Street in Greenville, TX. This was a two month long investigation where officers continuously observed high school aged kids going to this location and being sold narcotics.
During the search ten pounds of marijuana, over a pound of Psilocybin chocolate candy bars, approximately 80 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, 29 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) vaping pens, Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) wax, prescription pills, a firearm and United States Currency were found throughout the residence.
Two male subject were detained and arrested at the location.
Sheriff Terry Jones said, “We will continue working in the fight against drugs in this community and we will not tolerate drugs being sold to our children. My hope is that those effected by drugs will decide this is not the life they want and I hope they will seek the help they need.”
Bryan Clyde Soles, 22, has been charged with three counts of Man Del CS PG2-2A>4grams<400grams with bonds set at $200,000.00 each, Possession CS PG2-2A >1grams <4grams with a bond set at $20,000.00, Possession of Dangerous Drug with a bond set at $3,000.00 and Possession of Marijuana >5 lbs. <=50 lbs. with a bond amount set at 50,000.00.
Samuel Angel Pena, 21, has been charge with three counts of Man Del CS PG2-2A >4 grams <400 grams with bonds set at $200,000.00 each, Possession of CS PG2-2A >1 gram <4 grams with a bond set at $20,000.00 and Possession of Marijuana > 5 lbs. <=50 lbs. with a bond of $50,000.00
