Overnight Pursuit Ends On Interstate 30 In Caddo Mills When The Vehicle Ran Out Of Gas

At approximately 10:23 p.m. Highway Patrol Troopers noticed a vehicle traveling east on the President George Bush Tollway at Campbell Road traveling at a high rate of speed.  

Preliminary investigation indicates that a dark grey Dodge Challenger was traveling at access of 90 mph, Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle for the violation of speed but the driver of the vehicle failed to stop.

The driver of the vehicle continued evading until the vehicle ran out of gas on F.M. 1903 just outside of Caddo Mills. The subject was arrested for evading and booked into Dallas county jail without incident.

The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available at this time.
