At approximately 4:20 pm, Sgt Geer with the Lone Oak PD made a traffic stop on a vehicle for Violation of the Law.
After making verbal contact with the driver and her not being truthful, the traffic stop turned into an investigation. Sgt Geer was able to get his K9 partner Basa out to do an open-air sniff around the vehicle and she made a positive alert on the vehicle… During the probable cause search of the vehicle, methamphetamine, marijuana, illegal pills, THC vapes, and a firearm was found.
The female driver identified from Booking Reports as CECELIA HERNANDEZ was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carry of a firearm!
