We have confirmed that Carmen Cuba (Taylor) turned herself into law enforcement yesterday. Carmen has been on the run since the August 3, 2021, shooting death of a 48-year-old man in Ladonia.
33-year-old Justin Marquiwis Cuba who is also wanted for the same murder is still on the run. Cuba was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list on Oct. 1, 2021.
