One Arrested After Traffic Stop Turns Up Several Stolen Drivers Licenses, Credit Cards & Tax Returns

At around noon on April 27th, a Rockwall County deputy conducted a traffic stop on Dalrock Rd. in Rowlett.

During a probable cause search of the vehicle, the deputy located several driver’s licenses, credit cards, three cellular phones, and a tax return, all belonging to other people. When questioned about the items, the driver said they weren’t his. He claimed he obtained them in the course of his employment at a local business.

Suspect identified by booking reports as KYLE TAYLYN SHEPPARD was arrested for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information: more than 10 items (2nd degree felony) and booked into the Rockwall County Detention Center.

The stolen identifying documents will be returned to their lawful owners.
