Suspect In Custody After An Early Friday Morning Manhunt

On May 6, 2022 at approximately 1:00 am, Deputies with the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve an arrest warrant in the 4900 Block of FM 2947 on a male subject. The warrant was for a parole violation on a previous Aggravated Robbery offense. Upon the Deputies arrival the male subject fled from deputies on foot into a heavily wooded area. Deputies also learned that a female had also fled from the residence as they were approaching. A search ensued for the subject by Hunt County Deputies and the K-9 Unit from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Buster Cole Unit in Bonham, Texas. The search continued through the night until approximately 8:30 am. The subject was not located during the search.

As deputies were leaving the area a female was spotted in the area. After a short investigation it was determined by Deputies that this was the same female that had fled when Deputies arrived earlier in the night. The female identified from booking reports as AUDREY JOANNA STUCKER was taken into custody on outstanding warrants.

Later in the afternoon, at approximately 2:15 pm, Deputies followed up on new information that had been received. Deputies returned to the residence that the male subject had fled from and discovered that he had returned to the residence. The subject Identified from booking reports as Willis Langley IV was taken into custody and is currently in the Hunt County Jail.

Hunt County Sheriff Terry Jones stated “I want to thank all of my deputies, the TDC K-9 Unit and other agencies that assisted and helped us to get this wanted person off of the street.”
