The Texas Department Of Public Safety released this statement in reference to a UTV accident, which occurred just South of Henderson Texas, Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of a 5 year old child.
Preliminary investigation indicates Daryl Norman Davis, of Mt. Enterprise, Texas was traveling north on CR 485 in a 2013 Polaris Ranger. Davis lost control of the UTV while attempting to prevent one of the passengers from falling from the Vehicle. Davis overcorrected and the side by side rolled onto its side, ejecting the passenger. tragically 5-Year-Old Ross Norman Davis, was pronounced deceased on scene by Precinct 3, Justice of the Peace Shannon Berkley,
