UPDATE FROM POINT PD: UPDATE 3/30/23–This gentleman had spoke with EMS and refused to be transported or receive any medical treatment. We had learned he is homeless and has been walking for a couple of days. We offered services or simply a ride and he continued to refuse. We’ve had citizens call advising he is still walking between towns, unfortunately we expunged all options and at the end of the day we can only pray that this gentleman will find his way and stay safe. Point Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance. We have located a middle-aged male walking down HWY 69 in between Point and Lone Oak, Tx. He is non-verbal and only wearing a shirt and long coat. He has no identification and seems lost. We wish to find his home, do y’alls thing and help us find where he belongs! 
UPDATE-8:44pm, Officers have located an ID on Brad. Though it is from out of state. We are still looking for his home. Any information is appreciated.
