Late on Tuesday night, the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office made an attempt to stop a motorcycle traveling on FM 751, near the border of Van Zandt County. However, the rider of the bike refused to comply and instead led the deputies on a chase.
The motorcycle turned onto Van Zandt CR 3815, where the male individual operating the bike continued to evade the pursuing officers. Throughout the chase, the motorcycle reached speeds ranging from 50 to 60 miles per hour.
Subsequently, the motorcycle made a turn onto CR 3812. According to information received through the scanner, the motorcycle veered off the road and entered the ditch.
