2 Inmates Escape From Fannin County Jail Saturday Night – Still On The Run As Of Sunday Morning

Two individuals escaped from the Fannin County Jail around 9pm Saturday night.

We are getting information that the 2 subjects Raymond Ross & Raymond Perez escaped from the south annex building after climbing through the A/C ducts, it wasn’t immediately noticed until about an hour and a half later. As of 6 A.M. (Sunday Morning) the subjects remained at large.

We have reached out to Fannin County In attempts to get ANY information along with mugshots to get these guys posted, but have not had any luck on getting a response. At the time of this write up Fannin County Sheriff’s Office has not released ANYTHING in reference to this escape.

Per Court documents Raymond Ross showed to have a court date scheduled for 11/29/2023 in reference to his charge(s) of:
1. BURGLARY OF VEHICLES W/PREV 2 OR MORE CONV (ENHANCED)
2. Attempt to Commit TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR.

Perez was formerly in Jail for “Aggravated Sexual Assault Of Child”

What we know:

-2 Fannin County Jail Inmates Escaped Saturday Night
-Raymond Perez & Raymond Ross
-As Of 6 A.M. Suspects Remained At Large
-Last Seen Wearing Gray Sweats fleeing on foot towards the wooded area
-As Of 10 A.M. Fannin County Sheriff’s Office Has Not Released ANY INFORMATION in reference to this situation.
