Derrick Dwayne Smith Arrested for Interference with Emergency Assistance

Sulphur Springs, TX – Derrick Dwayne Smith, 43, of Sulphur Springs, was arrested on the evening of January 19, 2025, on charges of interference with an emergency request for assistance. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of Mulberry Street following a disturbance at the location.
