Incident 1: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
Date: February 6, 2025
Details: At 22:37, an officer observed a motorcycle being operated without proper lighting in the 500 block of Tudor St. The rider attempted to evade the officer but was stopped in the 500 block of 2nd NE. Travion De’Marcus Johnson (19) of Paris was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a felony, after a VIN check revealed the motorcycle was reported stolen in September 2024.
Incident 2: Sexual Assault and Narcotics Possession
Date: February 6, 2025
Details: Donnel Rose (47) of Paris was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Sexual Assault originating in June 2024. During the arrest, Rose was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and charged with Possession of Controlled Substances.
Additional Police Activity: Officers made 26 traffic stops, 2 adult arrests, and answered 98 calls for service during this reporting period.
