Hernandez turned herself in at the HCSO lobby after learning of an active warrant. She was taken into custody without incident.
Benjamin Beau Estrada, 22
Charges:
- Failure to Identify by Giving False/Fictitious Information
Arresting Agency: Sulphur Springs Police Department (SSPD)
Arrest Date: March 27, 2025
Estrada was pulled over on East Shannon Road. During the stop, he provided a false name. He was arrested after his real identity was confirmed.
Bryan Jermaine Bell, 40
Charges:
- Probation Violation – Felony (Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon)
Arresting Agency: Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office
Arrest Date: March 27, 2025
Disposition: 10-Year Sentence
Bell was taken into custody at the 8th Judicial District Court for a felony probation violation and sentenced to 10 years.
Brandon Wayne Clemins, 28
Charges:
- Harassment (MB)
Arresting Agency: Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office
Arrest Date: March 27, 2025
Bond: $5,000
Clemins was transferred to HCSO custody by Commerce PD for an outstanding harassment warrant. He was booked without incident.
Jessica Dianne Story, 30

Arrest Date: March 27, 2025
Bond: $2,500
Story turned herself in at the Hopkins County Jail on a theft warrant. She was booked without incident.
