Felony Drug Arrest: Bruce Roberto Wood in Hopkins County

Hopkins County, TX – Investigators arrested 38-year-old Bruce Roberto Wood of Como on felony drug charges after an investigation into illegal narcotics at a residence on McBride Street, according to the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say Wood admitted to having a loaded methamphetamine pipe inside his home and granted consent for investigators to search the property. During the search, investigators found growing marijuana plants, packaged marijuana for sale, drug paraphernalia, and 29 containers of THC Wax. Officials determined the THC Wax was packaged for distribution.

Wood was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2 >4G <400G (F1). He was transported to the Hopkins County Jail without incident.
