SULPHUR SPRINGS, TX – A coordinated law enforcement effort on the evening of February 12, 2026, led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Nicholson Street as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
The Sulphur Springs/Hopkins County Joint SWAT Team, working alongside local narcotics investigators, carried out the operation following reports of suspected drug activity at the home.
Authorities arrested two individuals inside the residence without incident:
- Jaylon Dugan, charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.
- Brandon Frazier, charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
During the course of the operation, two additional individuals were taken into custody on lesser charges after reportedly arriving at the residence to purchase narcotics.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office expressed appreciation for the assistance provided by Hunt County Narcotics Investigators and the Sulphur Springs/Hopkins County Joint SWAT Team, citing strong interagency cooperation in addressing drug-related activity within the community.
