Hunt County Sheriff’s deputies booked a 20-year-old on a Capital Murder of a Child Under 10 charge related to the Nov. 24, 2024 death of 3-week-old Jonah Jesus Garza. A prior Injury to a Child case from 2023 was dismissed in Oct. 2024. No bond set.
