Incident 1: Assault and Phone Theft

Date: March 3, 2025

Details: Officers responded to a disturbance call in the 200 block of SW 3rd St. The victim reported that **Albert Tambunga (65)** had assaulted her multiple times and had **stolen her phone** while she attempted to call for assistance. Tambunga had previous **family violence assault convictions**, and his charges were enhanced to **Felony Assault of a Family Member** and **Interference with an Emergency Phone Call**.


Incident 2: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle

Date: March 3, 2025

Details: Officers arrested **Michael Phillip Livingston (35)** of Paris on a **Fannin County Warrant** for **Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle**. He was taken into custody without incident and transferred to Lamar County Jail.


Incident 3: Stolen Vehicle Recovery

Date: March 3, 2025

Details: Officers received a **stolen vehicle report** for a **1996 Chevrolet pickup** from 320 Stone Avenue. The truck contained personal property belonging to the victim. Investigators traced the truck to **Midwest City, Oklahoma**, where local authorities stopped it. **Cameron Isaiah Harrison (24)** was arrested for **Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle**, and the truck was **towed for owner recovery**.


Incident 4: Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Details: Officers responded to a disturbance in the **1400 block of NE 27th St.** The victim reported that her estranged husband, **Laron Michael Colton (50),** was causing a disturbance. Officers learned that Colton had an **outstanding felony warrant** from Lamar County. He was charged with **Felon in Possession of a Firearm** and **Resisting Arrest or Transport**.

Details: A **Paris Police Community Service Officer** took a fraud report from a resident on **Margaret Street**. The victim claimed they had **paid a contractor for labor and materials**, but the work was never completed. The case is under investigation.


Incident 6: Narcotics Warrant Arrest

Date: March 5, 2025

Details: Officers made contact with **Sara Marie Reed (19)** in the 500 block of NE 17th Street. A search by dispatch revealed an **outstanding felony warrant** for **possession of a controlled substance**, stemming from a 2024 narcotics case in Lamar County. Reed was arrested and booked into Paris Police Department Jail.
