Details: Officers responded to a disturbance call in the 200 block of SW 3rd St. The victim reported that **Albert Tambunga (65)** had assaulted her multiple times and had **stolen her phone** while she attempted to call for assistance. Tambunga had previous **family violence assault convictions**, and his charges were enhanced to **Felony Assault of a Family Member** and **Interference with an Emergency Phone Call**.
Incident 2: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle

Details: Officers arrested **Michael Phillip Livingston (35)** of Paris on a **Fannin County Warrant** for **Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle**. He was taken into custody without incident and transferred to Lamar County Jail.
Incident 3: Stolen Vehicle Recovery

Details: Officers received a **stolen vehicle report** for a **1996 Chevrolet pickup** from 320 Stone Avenue. The truck contained personal property belonging to the victim. Incident 6: Narcotics Warrant Arrest
