Hit & Run Off Forest Lane Leads To The Death Off One

On November 21, 2020, at approximately 10:22 p.m., the complainant, a 58-year-old female, was struck in the westbound lane of traffic in the 9200 block of Forest Lane. The complainant was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced deceased. 

A witness at the scene stated that they observed a large white vehicle fleeing from the scene. The Vehicle Crimes Unit responded to the scene and will be filing a Failed to Stop and Render Aid offense. The next of kin notification is pending at this time.
